At Cleaning Supplies Club, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are strictly limited to products that are damaged, faulty, or misdescribed.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. To lodge a return request:

Retain Original Packaging: Please keep all original packaging and accessories until the matter is resolved.
If your return is approved, we will, at our discretion, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note: Items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return unless covered under a manufacturer's warranty.
No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, consumables, chemicals, and personal protective equipment (PPE) are strictly non-returnable unless they are damaged or faulty.
Returns Process
All returns are handled directly through our suppliers.
Because many of our products are bulky, heavy, or require special handling, customers should not attempt to return items without contacting us first. This ensures the correct process is followed and avoids unnecessary costs or delays.

Please do not ship items back to our office or residential address — doing so may result in the return being rejected.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or public holidays.
Cancellations

Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund.

Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the returns process above.
